Our outdoor saunas come with a 1-year warranty covering all sauna components, including the heater. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, but excludes damages caused by harsh natural environments or installation issues caused by unlicensed electricians.
When purchasing an outdoor sauna kit from The Immersion Co., the installation will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise arranged directly with us. On average, it will take two adults approximately four hours to complete the assembly. Please note that a licensed electrician is required to safely connect the heater. All saunas come with detailed installation guides and an instructional video to assist you through the process.
Our delivery company will coordinate a time of arrival for curb-side delivery. Assistance removing the sauna from the delivery truck, placed in location and the packaged removal can be negotiated for a fee directly with the delivery company.
