Our infrared saunas come with a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind. The full unit is covered for 1-year, while the heating components are backed by a 6-year warranty. All other parts are covered for 1-year. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

When purchasing an infrared sauna from The Immersion Co., the installation will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise arranged directly with us. On average, it will take two adults approximately two hours to complete the assembly. Please note that a licensed electrician is required for any additional electrical upgrades that your location may require to power the sauna. All saunas come with detailed installation guides and an instructional video to assist you through the process.
Our delivery company will coordinate a time of arrival for curb-side delivery. Assistance removing the sauna from the delivery truck, placed in location and the packaged removal can be negotiated for a fee directly with the delivery company.
